Controversy• On 28 November 2020, A women named Hamiza Mukhtar filed several charges against Babar Azam. These charges were related to sexual abuse, coercion and false promises of marriage. She had filed a police complaint against Babar at the Nasirabad station in 2017. Hamiza Mukhtar claimed that they were school fellows and used to live in the same localities, and Babar exploited her for 10 years, both physically and sexually. The petition was filed in a session court in Lahore by her. The court asked the Federal Agency Cyber Crime Cell to file an FIR against Babar. On 15 January 2021, Hamiza Mukhtar dropped her case and told that the allegation made against Babar were false.
